ISA Liaison and Representation

ISA is represented on a number of national education committees, including the Education Ministers Meeting, Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment working groups and steering committees, Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) working groups and other government and statutory bodies. Participation on these national bodies is an important way that ISA represents the Independent school sector at the national level.

ISA’s involvement on these committees helps ensure that the sector’s interests are taken into account as policies are being formed which may impact on the operations of Independent schools.
