The Independent Schools Australia (ISA) Board sets policy direction and ensures ISA is managed effectively on behalf of the member associations.
The Independent Schools Australia Board comprises a chair, selected by board members, one delegate from the boards of each of the eight state and territory associations, plus the eight executive directors or chief executives of the state and territory Associations of Independent Schools (AIS).
